NECA Travel Itineraries are extended tour itineraries in Florence with a focus on particular subject matter or topics. They are composed of several selected site visits designed to give the traveler an extensive look into the art, history, and culture of the city. Each itinerary consists of interwoven tours and visits to the city’s most important museums and monuments to provide a comprehensive survey of the topic. The itineraries can be customized to suit sojourns of varying duration.
For students: the itineraries can be adapted as Travel Seminars designed by NECA professors as short-term courses held outside the classroom. With flexible scheduling and duration, seminars are suitable for Summer, Spring Break, or January Terms, with 1 to 3 weeks duration. NECA also provides assistance for accommodation in Florence.
